Silk Moth Stage is the laboratory for "Take 5," a framework of policy and practice that enables us to do better work, faster, with less burnout and more rigor and joy. If you've been in a production at SMS, you've experienced Take 5, but we don't always have time or space to clearly articulate and define it.

In this session, Aili will lay out the core principles of Take 5, and then we will have a conversation about how those principles are working out in practice at SMS. This will be more discussion-y and less active than some of our Studio sessions, but we hope it will provide helpful tools for your work within SMS and also elsewhere.
